We are seeking the very best opportunities on high streets, leisure parks, retail parks, in travel hubs, stand-alone and drive thru locations on busy arterial routes. Corner locations with great signage opportunities preferred.
HIGH STREET REQUIREMENTS
Size: approximately 2,500 – 3,500 sq ft, with at least 1,500 sq ft on ground floor.
FURTHER DRIVE-THRU SITES REQUIRED
- All locations considered nationally
- Sites should be close to reasonable size catchment
- Highly visible
- Located on/very close to busy arterial routes with high traffic flow
- Two lanes preferred
- Minimum plot size 0.3 acres
- Prominent standalone units on strong retail/leisure parks
- Existing roadside buildings on busy arterial roads (with standalone car parking) that can be converted
- Greenfield or Brownfield sites
All major UK airports considered, Motorway services/arterial roads and major railway stations.
